Cancellation Policy
The Bourbon Rose requires a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be required.
No-shows will be charged 100% and are subject to denial of future appointments.
I politely ask for you to remain in your vehicle until the time of your appointment.
Please be aware, if you arrive late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your service to accommodate our next guest. Extreme tardiness of 30 minutes or more will be subject to a no-show cancellation fee.
We also have a no-kids & extra guest policy.
Clients that do not respect our policy will be banned from future booking.
